Hat sich wohl erledigt, Octava ist das Problem bekannt - angeblich gibts bald nen Fix:
Zitat:
For auto detection in the PS3 or toshiba HD-DVD players the displays need to give their information in EDID to the source.
The octava devices have a chip that provides this EDID data to the source.
In the first execution of this device the EDID was a bit limited (so this autodetection of 24Hz doesn't work) but we are working to allow all resolutions to work.
It is a possibility the HDDA is programmable via a PC using a registered version of powerstrip to program the EDID. Test are being done to try that functionality.
Otherwise the EDID chip can be taken out of the HDDA device and programmed in a programmer that supports the 24LC04B EDID chip.
(Currently we can not recommend it and doing so officially voids your warranty, so please wait until we provide and publish a way to update the EDID.)
